#TeamMyles 1/2 way to finish line

Team Myles this year is doing amazing, it is hard to believe we are 5 weeks into training. We gather every Saturday for a long run that starts small but increases in time and we gather every Tuesday evening to run up and down citadel hill. We also are trying to eat healthier to get energy to give our best and Collen from  @ is helping us with recipes and snack ideas. We all have had a gait analysis with paul  and were able to go see Luke  to get sized for Team shirts and new Brooks. We cross train at #360fit or rejuvenate . The team all has the same end goal of crossing their finish line, and I hope they all are enjoying the journey as much as I am the second time around. Last Saturday for long run day, Coach Devin was away and the mentors took the lead and made a little finish line and little medals for all the hard work they are done this far. They all should be proud but prepare to keep going, race weekend will be here before we know it.
